YourSecret is a community built on trust, emotional freedom, and respect.

If you see something that violates our Community Guidelines or threatens the safety of our users, we encourage you to report it.

🚨 What You Can Report

You can report any content, user, or behavior involving:

  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Threats of violence or harm
  • Non-consensual sharing of private information (doxxing)
  • Scam attempts or impersonation
  • Promotion of self-harm or suicide
  • Illegal activities or content
  • Spam or manipulation of the platform

If you’re unsure whether something violates our rules — report it anyway. Our team will review it carefully.

🛡️ How to Report

  • In the App:

    • Tap the three dots (...) next to a post, chat, or profile → Select "Report" → Choose a reason.

  • On the Website:

    • Click the options icon (...) → Select "Report" → Provide details if needed.

  • By Email:

    • support@yoursecret.org

    Please include:
    • A screenshot (if possible)
    • Link to the content (if available)
    • A short description of what happened

All reports are confidential.

🧐 What Happens After You Report

  • Our moderation team reviews each report individually.

  • We act quickly — most reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

  • We may remove content, suspend accounts, or contact users if necessary.

  • For severe cases (e.g., threats, illegal activity), we may contact appropriate authorities.
